Kanishka Upadhyay is the Founder of Nutrishiksha Academy and a certified nutritionist, educator, and mentor with extensive experience in research, public health, and academics. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Biochemistry from Delhi University, a Master’s in Applied Nutrition from ICMR–NIN, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition from Lady Irwin College. She is a Gold Medalist and recipient of the Biplab Nandi Award, UGC-NET qualified, and an FSSAI-certified Food Safety Supervisor.

She has worked on national and international projects with ICMR–NIN–UNICEF India, HRIDAY (New Delhi), and NEB LLC (New York), and has mentored 500+ students across India. She has also achieved top national ranks, including AIR-1 (NCET) and AIR-2 (DGHS). As an author and an accomplished educator, she is widely recognized for her practical, student-centered teaching approach that empowers nutrition professionals to build strong, successful, and impactful careers.
