Refund Policy

At Nutrishiksha Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content, coaching, and wellness services. As most of our offerings are digital, live, or time-sensitive, we have outlined a clear and transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy to help you make informed decisions.
1. Course and Program Refund Policy
All purchases made on https://nutrishiksha.in for courses, test series, mentorship programs, or career development services are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific product or offer page.
Non-Refundable Items:
Digital course access (video modules, PDFs, downloadable content)
Live or recorded webinars
Personalized mentorship or coaching sessions
UGC-NET, M.Sc. Entrance, or other exam coaching programs
Diet counseling and wellness consultation packages (after the first session or access is provided)
We encourage you to review all program details carefully before enrolling. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to contact@nutrishiksha.in prior to payment.
2. Exceptions
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same course or session.
Service Not Delivered: If you do not receive access to a course within 7 working days of payment and we are unable to resolve it.
In such cases, please write to us at contact@nutrishiksha.in within 7 days of the issue. We will investigate and process the refund (if applicable) within 10–14 business days.
3. Cancellation Policy
a. Course Cancellation:
Once a course is purchased, it cannot be canceled as access is granted instantly or scheduled promptly.
b. Live Session/Consultation Rescheduling:
If you’ve booked a one-on-one session (e.g., career or nutrition counseling), you may reschedule it at least 24 hours in advance by emailing contact@nutrishiksha.in. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.
4. Third-Party Payments
If you enrolled via a partner platform (such as Instamojo, Razorpay, or Google Forms + UPI), any disputes or cancellations must comply with the terms of both Nutrishiksha and the payment provider.

By purchasing from Nutrishiksha Academy, you agree to abide by this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
