1. Refund Policy for Online Courses
Once a student enrolls and receives access to an online course, fees are non refundable.
This is because course content, study materials, and recordings are accessible instantly after purchase.
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
• Duplicate payment made for the same course
• Technical issues resulting in the student not receiving access within 48 hours
All such cases will be verified by our team before approval.
2. Refund Policy for Live Masterclasses or Workshops
Refunds for paid masterclasses are not applicable once registration is confirmed, as limited seats, event planning, and resource allocation are involved.
If you are unable to attend the live session:
You will receive lifetime access to the class recording, if applicable.
3. Refund Policy for E Books or Digital Downloads
All digital products such as ebooks, PDFs, handouts, and templates are non refundable and non returnable.
Once downloaded or accessed, they cannot be reversed.
4. Cancellation Policy
Since access to digital content is granted immediately after purchase, cancellations are not possible once a payment is completed.
5. Course Transfer or Batch Transfer
Students may request a batch change or course transfer only if seats are available, and such changes may require an additional administrative fee.
Transfers are not guaranteed and will be reviewed case by case.

If you face technical difficulties accessing your course or digital product, our support team will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Technical problems do not qualify for refunds, but we ensure all students receive access to what they paid for.
